Business Network Chicago

Venture Capital Group

The BNC Venture Capital Group meets the first Tuesday evening of each month.  The purpose of the group is to introduce early-stage companies seeking capital to accredited investors: angels, venture capitalists and private equity firms seeking add-ons.  Each month 3 entrepreneurs pitch their business plans to a mixed audience of investors, service providers, and entrepreneurs.  Presentations last 10 minutes followed by 15 minutes of Q&A.

The most promising companies are invited back on a quarterly basis for an investor-only private presentation.  Although not required, we strongly recommend coaching prior to the initial session.  The entrepreneurs that successfully raise capital tend to deliver the best presentations and tell their company’s story in a clear, concise, manner.

If you are an entrepreneur and interested in presenting to the BNC Venture Capital Group, send your executive summary and PowerPoint deck to  To receive invitations to our monthly event, enter your email address here.

If necessary, we can arrange, through our vast network of contacts, the opportunity to present at select venture capital forums around the country and at a steep price discount.
